Allyn Shaw is the Chief Operating Officer of CTO Workspace Services, for Bank of America, aligning the technology initiatives of our workforce, marketing, financial and risk controls to enable responsible innovation of our end user technology business. With a focus on strategic solutions for end user technology.

Allyn joined Bank of America in January 2004 via the acquisition of Countrywide Financial Corporation, bringing with him 20 years of technology experience.  Allyn led the Bank of America transition team responsible for the integration of Countrywide’s global voice Infrastructure into the Bank’s global network.  Prior to Bank of America,  Allyn held senior management positions at eTalk Corporation (now: Hewlett Packard), a leading provider of contact center call recording technology; Nippon Telephone & Telegraph (NTT) the largest telecommunications provider in the world and Sprint Corporation a leading provider of  industry-leading mobile data services.

Allyn  is a native of California and currently resides in  Manhattan.  His educational background includes Cornell University and Southern Methodist University. Allyn  is a competitive tennis player for the United States Tennis Association (USTA) and a trained classical vocalist.
